Aavemaan neljäskymmenestoinen ohjelma tulee jäämään viimeiseksi. Viimeisenä esiintyjänä on juontajakaksikko Tuukka Salosen ja Joonas Sirenin Cleavage-yhtye.
Syksyllä 2013 alkaa uusi kokeellisen radion ohjelma uusine juontajineen: Heikki Lintula, Jani Purhonen, Tuukka Haapakorpi ja Tuukka Salonen. Tarkemmasta aikataulusta tiedotetaan myöhemmin kesällä.

The 42nd program will be the last Aavemaa program. The last performers will be the hosts Tuukka Salonen & Joonas Siren with their Cleavage duo.
In the fall of 2013 there will start a new experimental radio show with new hosts: Heikki Lintula, Jani Purhonen, Tuukka Haapakorpi and Tuukka Salonen. The timetable of the new program will be announced later in summer.

Aavemaa41: Jukka Hautamäki

Media artist Jukka Hautamäki (b. 1971), born in Oulu, live and works in Helsinki, Finland. Hautamäki works with found materials, electronics, sound and video.
Hautamäkis sounds performances are microscopic research and study of electronic sound. Live setup consists of diy instruments, which he is manipulating realtime by changing components and reconnecting circuits. Music style is abstract ambient noise with a twist. Hautamäki has made live performances in Finland, Germany, France, Poland, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Canada, USA and he has kept interactive sound art and electronics workshops in Finland (MUU, Aalto University, Mansedanse…), Germany, Poland, Latvia and Estonia.

Fluttering. Solid. Nasal. Deep. The Erikoismies Trademark SoundTM and Live Experience is an excursion thru timber. From creamy rich analog, soft as a baby kittens belly, to plastic grating iron digital. The sonic means of transport, on the surface, often crudely primitivist—a dugout monoxylon canoe—but richer in micro level detail than your average metro area public transit map.

Aavemaa37: Petri Kuljuntausta

Petri Kuljuntausta is a composer, performer and sound artist. He is famous for music composed of sounds both natural and extraordinary. In close collaboration with natural scientists, he has composed an underwater installation from underwater materials and made music out of whale calls and the sounds of the northern lights. In many ways Kuljuntausta’s art is based on good knowledge of tradition; environmental sounds, live-electronics, improvisation and collaborations with media artists has influenced him as a composer.

On the Friday 5th of April members of the groups Tulasi, Varropas, Cleavage and von Däniken met and played for two hours. The results were deemed approvable. The group was named Köötte in unison. Aavemaa will play one hour mix of the two hour gig.
